Cinepub is the only Free Video on Demand platform in Romania and one of the few in the world. The focus on “free” means a lot of work – hundreds of hours, monthly – of volunteering and a small team of passionate individuals who keep the project alive. We currently operate without any funding, public or private.

The monthly donation is a recurring contribution to support the distribution of Romanian independent cinema. The amount is set by you and goes directly to the Cinepub fund.
From there it is managed by our team according to the needs of our project. For us the monthly recurrence of a donation, however small, means the certainty of tomorrow. And that someone out there, beyond online, loves us.
You can stop a recurring donation at any time. Just email us at support@cinepub.ro and we’ll immediately disable future recurring payments at your request.
